That’s not a problem, we can organise a safe and convenient place to leave your order in the event you won’t be in!
How do I pay for my order?
We don't take payment via the website when the order is placed as we like to make sure you receive a box you are happy with. You can pay cash on delivery. Alternatively, you can do a bank transfer or set up a direct debit or standing order for regular orders which must be paid into The Paddock’s bank account on the day of delivery. If you would like to use this option please contact Laura for the details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In keeping with our small scale, eco friendly ethos, we do not have a card machine or offer payment by card or paypal as we don't believe in involving more big corporations in what we do! Not to mention the carbon footprint left through the consumption of energy of such companies. Please respect this and ensure bank transfers (which are free to both you and us!) are made on the day of delivery.
I want to order the same box each week; do I need to submit an order form each week?
No. If you would like your order to be the same each week, fortnight or month you only need to submit an order once. When you
