We will be hosting a series of healthy Friday Night Take Away's from The Paddock Farm Shop. On the menu, we have a range of curries and stews, hand made by Hannah at The Pickle Palace, Greenside, using The Paddock's locally grown, organic veg which would otherwise have been waste. The curries are all suitable for vegetarians and those who have a gluten free diet, with vegan options also available. The focus of the events is to provide an option for those wanting to enjoy freshly prepared, home cooked, good food which is not loaded with unhealthy ingredients, calories and preservatives whilst ensuring we continue to run an ethical, sustainable and waste free business!
The curries and stews are truly delicious, served with either naan or pitta (Gluten Free Available) in a compostable take-away tub (please compost these at home yourself!) This is a really special opportunity for a healthy Friday night treat!
The next take-away event will take place on Friday 8th March 2019. Menu to be announced Monday 4th March 2019. Pop into the The Paddock Farm Shop, 7-9 Ramsay Street, High Spen, NE39 2EL between 5-7pm to collect your curry.
Pre-ordering is advised in order to avoid disappointment, please email email@example.com by 5pm on Thursday 7th March 2019 to order. We will have some portions available to pop in and pick up although these will be on a first come first serve basis and we cannot guarantee there will be enough for everyone if you have not pre-ordered. Please state whether you would like naan (contains yoghurt), pitta or gluten free pitta when ordering.
The next event will be based around seasonal, local veg and creating a delicious meal with our gluts.
The curries and stews are £5 per portion including naan or pitta.

Creamy Paneer Curry (Vegetarian, not vegan, Gluten Free) £5

ALLERGENS: The naans contain milk/yoghurt and gluten.
We focus on rescuing waste food and use mostly organic ingredients, but some may have been rescued from landfill from one of the larger supermarkets and may not be organic. Our food is all homemade unless otherwise stated.
The stock used for the curry is organic, vegan and gluten free.
All meals are served in compostable tubs.
Please be advised, while the curry and naan may provide a complete meal for some, others may like to add rice or meat to their sauce. The curries are designed to be a curry sauce and side; alternatively you may like to buy 3 portions between 2 people.
