The Pantry - Cereals, Nuts, Seeds & Wholefoods - Currently undergoing maintenance

The Paddock has a pantry packed full of organic goodies and local produce to supplement your weekly veg box.

Most of our pantry selection comes from SUMA wholefoods, the UK's largest independent wholefood wholesaler/distributor, specialising in vegetarian, fairly traded, organic, ethical and natural products. They are a worker's co-operative committed to ethical business.

The remainder of our pantry selection comes from trusted, local suppliers:

Perfect Provender Granola. Gluten Free, Low Sugar, 100% Natural Granola in Biodegradable Pouches. Suitable for Vegans, produced in York. We like to keep things simple at Perfect Provender; after all, there really is beauty in simplicity. By using all-natural ingredients we have created a delicious granola for you to enjoy as a balanced breakfast. Each bag of granola is made with the greatest of care to ensure you get a product you can trust and enjoy each time you buy. We use gluten-free oats as the base of our granola and add in nutrient-rich nuts, super seeds and some subtle flavours such as cinnamon or cocoa (these flavours will be available soon), to our different varieties. The crunch comes from an even coating of coconut oil and the sweetness from a little maple syrup. Each variety of our granola is low in sugar, gluten free, suitable for vegans and comes in biodegradable packaging so you can be sure you are doing your bit for our wonderful planet whilst treating your body with the love and care it deserves.

Yockenthwaite Farm produce delicious breakfast cereals including granola, muesli and oats on their farm in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Traditionally a hill sheep farm, the Hirds have farmed Yockenthwaite Farm since 1842 and in addition to sheep farming, they produce a delicious range of breakfast cereals which The Paddock is now lucky enough to stock. A small family business with lots of flavour. The Hirds roll their own porridge oats straight from the groat with no further cooking or processing, making a nutritionally superior and tastier breakfast cereal. They make their Muesli using these oats, a simple Bircher style Muesli, a popular and healthy choice if you prefer no sugar. Now with a fantastic selection of Granola on offer too, with or without nuts, there is something for everyone. The flour comes from local Yorkshire farms, either wheat or spelt wholegrain, nothing added and nothing taken away, retaining all it's natural goodness. The granola is sweetened with natural raw honey and bound together with sunflower oil, a sprinkling of sesame seeds, a smidgen of Madagascan vanilla and a pinch of sea salt. The Not So Sweet varieties contain only the raw honey, whilst the Original Nutty granola has a little un-refined muscovado sugar added.
