To make visiting our shop during Covid 19 as safe as possible for everyone, please follow our guidelines for shopping with us:

  • Cashless – no longer accepting cash payments, card only please.
  • Continue to pre-order via our click & collect service wherever possible
  • Maximum 2 households at any one time.
  • Shop alone where possible, maximum of 2 people per household at any one time.
  • All bread will be wrapped in brown paper bags.
  • The Plastic Free Pantry and Refill room remains closed to the general public, however a member of staff will be more than happy to do your refills for you.
  • If refilling lots of household liquids, please drop your bottles in advance wherever possible, or wait outside for your refills to be filled for you so others can be served.
  • All loose dried goods will be provided in brown paper bags, unfortunately we can’t accept any of your own containers for food.
  • We will continue to refill your own containers for liquid, please make sure these have been properly cleaned and do not return if showing symptoms of COVID-19.
  • In line with government guidelines, all customers must wear a face covering at all times when shopping.
  • Staff are not legally obliged to wear a face covering, please respect this and ensure a minimum 1 metre to 2 metre distance from staff and other shoppers at all times.
  • If the shop is full, you will be required to wait outside until someone leaves.
  • Do not handle unwrapped body care items such as soaps, staff will bag these for you on request.
  • All customers must use either hand sanitiser provided or wash your hands upon entry to the shop.
  • No shopping baskets will be provided, please use your reusable shopping bag as a basket. When finished shopping, place your bag on the counter and please step back while your items are put through the till for you.

We accept cash and most major cards in the shop!

We are dog friendly (sorry dogs are not allowed in the Plastic Free Pantry around the loose dried goods!)

All of the shop is accessible via wheelchair - disabled access is available from the front street where car parking is available, throughout the lower ground floor of the building which incorporates all areas of The Paddock Farm Shop.
