Organic Red Camargue Rice A delicious, nutty alternative to white or brown rice. This is a whole grain, medium rice that adds a crunchy texture to dishes. Cooking Instructions: Use 1 part rice to 2 parts water Bring water to the boil in a covered saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed (approximately 35mins).
