If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered we will usually replace it with an alternative which is not on your dislike list (for set price boxes or fruit & veg orders of individual items), or on rare occasions when an alternative is not available you will not be charged, giving rise to a credit, which may be offset against future orders. If this happens we will include a note in the box explaining the situation. Alternatively, we may refund items directly back to your original payment method by the end of the delivery week.
We will endeavour to warn you of any changes to price via our website & newsletter. However, prices can flutuate weekly & we are unable to notify everyone of every price variation on a weekly basis. Any changes to delivery address details must be made before our stated deadlines.
