Ingredients: Chickpeas Instructions for Use: Soak for 8-12 hrs Then cook for 3 hrs. Or pressure-cook 40 mins. Serving Suggestion: For Houmous - blend cooked chickpeas with garlic, oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt & sesame seeds. Storage Information: Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light &strong odours.
