Formerly know as our Unbleached White; Gilchesters Strong White is milled from the finest UK grown organic grains, and is ideal for artisan breads made with sourdough or yeast. It rises well and produces when baked, a lovely creamy colour with a light crust. We pack our best-seller in 1.5 and 3kg bags and you can find many recipes on our website. Additive Free Flour: This flour (as well as all our flours) is free from any fortification or enhancers. Our tip: try our unbleached White for your best Sunday Yorkshire Puddings.
