Pasteurised Cow's Milk. Made with Vegetarian Rennet. This mild handmade cheese is extremely versatile in the kitchen. Cool, silky texture bursts into a rich, buttery flavour with a satisfying finish. Melts super smoothly - perfect for sauces, on toast or as it comes. Based on a Gouda recipe.
