


Handmade in Newcastle. Our pickled mouli product is radish cubes, pickled in sweet, sour, and mildly salty brine, it has very refreshing flavour and provides a colourful crunchy twist. The lovely pink colour comes from hibiscus flowers being infused into the pickling liquor. It’s popular in Korea and is eaten with fried chicken, often nicknamed “chicken mou”. Ways we enjoy: pair it with Korean fried chicken, roast chicken, bbq or grilled meats. vegan or non-vegan sandwich, wrap, stuff in fried tofu that will give you sweet and sour crunch. 400g
