Most weeks, the boxes will include staples such as potatoes, carrots and onions. However, they may not include all three every week. Suitable for 2 - 3 people as a guideline. A good balance of seasonal roots & greens, including potatoes, carrots & onions most weeks, with the odd salad item in there too when in season!
