Fruit 47% (sultanas, raisins, glace cherries, mixed citrus peel, dates), flour (rice, potatio, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), 100% vegetable non-hydrogenated margarine, eggs, brown sugar, marzipan, sugar paste, cider, brandy, glycerine, concentrated fruit juice (grape, apple, pear), treacle, mixed spice, cinnamon, orange rind oil, lemon rind oil, raising agents ( mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), stabiliser : xanthan gum. margarine contains ( vegetable oils (sustainable palm oil, rapeseed oil), water, salt, emulsifier: e475, natural colours: circumin, annato, natural flavouring. glace cherries contains (cherries, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, colour: anthocyanin) mixed citrus peel contains (orange & lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid). marzipan contains ( almonds, sugar, glucose syrup, almond oil, stabiliser: e420) sugar paste contains ( sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable oil, glycerine, emulsifier e471, acidity regulator e262, e260, stabiliser e413, vanilla).
