


Our signature gingerbread is cut into the shape of a Reindeer and decorated using Belgian milk chocolate. Our gingerbread Reindeer are individually wrapped.
Ingredients:
Gingerbread: Wheat Flour (Wheat flour, Fortified with Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine),Sugar, Margarine (Vegetable oils (rapeseed and palm in various proportions RSPO Sourced),water, Salt, Emulsifier Polyglycerol of ester of fatty acids, Colours, Curcumin, Annatto, flavourings.), Ground Ginger(1%), partially inverted Syrup, Bicarbonate soda, Milk. Chocolate
Flavour coating: Sugar, Vegetable Oil (palm kernel, palm oil RSPO Sourced), Whey Powder (from milk)and Lactose from protein fromwhey powder(FromMilk). Cocoa Powder, emulsifiers,Soya Lecithin,Polyglycerol polyricinoleate, Natural flavouring.Â
Sugar Paste: Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, humectant glycerol, colours, Anthocyanins , Carotenes, Emulsifiers Mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids , Acidity regulator; Citric acid,  Stabilisers; Tragacanth gum, Preservatives; Potassium sorbate, natural flavouring.Â
Fondant Icing:Â Sugar, glucose syrup, water.
