Mixed Rainbow Chard & Spinach Leaves with Edible flowers (nasturtium leaves & flowers & borage flowers) grown organically at The Paddock smallholding. Not certified. Grown without the use of chemicals, fertilisers or pesticides on our 6 acre smallholding. Produce we grow at The Paddock is not available to all delivery rounds, currently available for collection or delivery within North Northumberland (Blyth to Alnwick & Rothbury). Nasturtium leaves add a peppery hint to your salads, whilst chard & spinach can be enjoyed raw or cooked. Borage flowers add a tiny flavour of cucumber, and any dish can be brightened up with addition of a beautiful nasturtium flower.
