Chritsmas Delivery Dates & Order Deadlines
Deliveries will run as normal Tuesday/Wednesday up to and including 16th & 17th of December. Orders for delivery on Tuesday 17th & Wednesday 18th, must be placed as normal (by 11pm Sunday 14th December).Â
You can order everything, including Christmas Veg Boxes & Hampers for delivery 16th & 17th December. All of our normal veg boxes & groceries are also available for Christmas delivery, including the option to Create your Own Box.
We will then also offer an additional delivery service on Sunday 21st & Monday 22nd December, to replace the usual delivery service for Tuesday 23rd & Wednesday 24th December. If your normal delivery day is a Tuesday, you will receive your order on Sunday 21st December. If your usual delivery day is a Wednesday, this means you would receive a delivery on Monday 22nd December. You can order everything, including Christmas Veg Boxes & Hampers for delivery 21st & 22nd December. All of our normal veg boxes & groceries are also available for Christmas delivery, including the option to Create your Own Box.
Deliveries to Durham & Hexham will be displayed as being delivered on Monday 22nd within your online account, these will however be delivered on Sunday 21st. All other deliveries will be delivered on Monday 22nd.
A few important points to note when placing orders:
- Ensure you select the correct date for delivery when placing your order. Christmas stock will be sent with the corresponding order dates, do not assume that anything will be delivered on the Christmas week deliveries unless you have selected this as the delivery date.Â
- IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A DELIVERY ON 21ST & 22ND DECEMBER, DO NOT PUT YOUR BOX ON HOLIDAY FOR WEEK 52 (23rd/24th DECEMBER). THERE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE NO DELIVERIES ON 23rd/24th/30th & 31st December.
- All stock is subject to availability. We may close orders for Christmas lines, in particular turkeys, earlier than Thursday18th December if availability dictates.Â
- We advise ordering any grocery lines which you would like for Christmas now and storing them at home to guarantee availability as we cannot guarantee stock levels. Our grocery lines will for the most part have dates now to take you past Christmas. Please contact us if you need to guarantee dates on any products.Â
- Milk, Butter & Cream can be ordered until Thursday 18th December for delivery Sunday 21st & Monday 22nd December.Â
- If you are going away or do not need your order, it is your responsibility to ensure you have placed a holiday onto your account for the correct dates, or email us. You may be charged for late cancellations.Â
- If you add a Christmas box, this does not automatically supersede a regular delivery, to receive a Christmas Box INSTEAD OF your regular veg box, you will need to move the date of the regular veg box and any extras you do not want delivered on 21st & 22nd to the next delivery date you want these items to resume after New Year. This would need to be done between Monday 15th & before 10pm on Thursday 18th December in order not to affect your regular deliveries before then.

Below are answers to some of the most Frequently Asked Questions regarding our Christmas Delivery Service. For FAQs on our service in general, you can visit our FAQs page. If you still have a question, please don't hestiate to drop us an email to [email protected].
If you are scheduled for a box delivery on Tuesday 23rd or Wednesday 24th December, this would process for delivery Sunday 21st or Monday 22nd. If you do not wish to receive this order, you must place your box on holiday within your online account for week 52 (only do this if you do not wish to receive any delivery at all) or email [email protected].Â
If you would like a Christmas Box to replace your normal box on this delivery, you will need to change the date of your normal box from the basket edit option (within the pop up box) to the next date you wish to receive the box after New Year. This applies to any extras you do not want to be delivered on 21st or 22nd. Choosing a Christmas Veg Box will not replace your normal scheduled delivery.
Anytime from now until the order deadline. The final deadline is Thursday 18th December 11pm.
If you wish to order in advance for either of these weeks now, you can. Just select the relevant date for delivery from the pop up box which appears when you add a product to your basket (either 16th/17th or 22nd) and we will do the rest. The deadline for ordering for delivery on Sunday 21st & Monday 22nd will be Thursday 18th December 11pm. All hampers & veg boxes can be ordered for delivery on any of these dates along with all of our other products.Â
Payments for delivery 21st/22nd will automatically process when orders close on Thursday 18th.
We will take a break and there will be no deliveries from Tuesday 23rd December until week commencing 5th Jan, when we will resume the normal Tuesday & Wednesday delivery service with the normal deadlines. All deliveries will automatically be paused for the week of New Year (30th & 31st December). If you are on a fortnightly delivery schedule, your box will not necessarily resume on the first week back, please check the date of your next scheduled delivery within your account & let us know if you would like to change the date.
There will be no delivery service to North Northumberland on Wednesday 21st January 2026.
